Default I have food allergies

I have had acne for a long time and I have tried everything. I recently found out that I am allergic to soy, dairy, and rice. My skin is clearing up already. It's difficult but try an allergy elimination diet, get tested by your doctor, or see a professional kinesiologist who can test you. You may be surprised. It's difficult for me to find products that are in the store or resturaunt that do not have one of the 3. Even though it's been a challenge I am finally happy to know. I also don't have IBS anymore. What most doctors and dermatologist don't tell you or have not been educated on is that symptoms of food allergies are not just people that get hives or go into anaphlaxis shock. You may get excema or acne or other skin problems, "IBS" symptoms, headaches, nasal congestion or runny nose, vommiting, or itchy eyes....just to name a few. I am posting this to help others because I used to look through forums to find answers just like you. So I'm telling you now to take a real close look at what you are eating and change. I think I miss eating bread most of all...but it's worth it not to suffer.

I hope this helps someone out there.

Man, we seem to have similar problems. I was also thinking that i have acne because of the stress and not enough sleep, but it looks like i have it because i am allergic to the junk food that i've been eating. My doctor prescribed me some serious antibiotics, and they seem to have stopped the process. But i still have to deal with what is left. Hope this will go away soon too.

How very interesting - I had no idea that acne could be caused by food allergies and intolerances. I am so pleased that you both have found the cause of your acne and it is clearing up. It is really great to hear a couple of sucess stories on this forum.

I knew that acne and digestive problems were related. My uncle, who is in his fifties, has Chron's and he has acne. I have a friend that has Chron's and has acne, he is in his mid-20s. I also know this lady my mom used to go to church with, in her fifties, who has Chron's and acne. Chron's is actually an uncommon disease, but it seems to be quite common in my area. In fact the world's number one doctor in Chron's treatment... the one who created the medicine, Remicaid, works in this area... so that could be related too.

from my own oppinion, acne is a smple thing which need a some good practices in your daily life, such as

1) do take care your health by practicing a good habit sush as jogging and others

2) Please do take care your food , every single consumption of oily food really contributes to the acne problem..

anyway..those who have acne problem..maybe you sould prepare some supplementary food.

Actually, many people already did that exercise like jogging or do some suitable exercise to cure acne. But some of them not really fully recover from acne. Its because many reason and its hard for us only control our activity or our habit or take care our food.

Thats all come from your decipline. If you have strong spirit and always follow all thing you need to cure from acne. I believe just in 2-3 month. You will fully recover from this problem. The big problem is some of you really lazy to do that and just want to think about yourself. Some of them think its useless and they will never recover even they do that.

So, never blame yourself. Blamce ourself if you not cured.

Yes I agree that exercise has tremendous long term effect for acne and health. Maybe you should add vegetables and fruits into your diet, they are the source of armies to counteract against acne.

Does anyone have experience with milk AND soy allergies? My youngest is allergic to dust, milk & his allergist also believes now soy.. Initially we put him on soy formula, and took out all things with milk protein in them.. Then the soy allergy cropped up and now we get the fun of avoiding all things milk and soy Its just not fun and not easy Any tips?

Hi, we are Martin and Louise, we have a few food allergies and wondering what selection they have set up for the people on the resort? One is glutton intolerant and the other is allergic to MSG. Any help on this subject would really be appreciated.
Thanks

My brother is allergic to all of that and more. It has caused him much worse skin conditions than acne (i.e. folliculitis) stay away from anything with those ingredients or anything processed in a factory that handles those ingredients. It can cause serious long term damage according to his doctor.

Well, the big story is the Supreme Court. President Obama has found his nominee. She is a Federal appeals judge. Sonia Sotomayor, I think her name is. A Latino woman, how about that? So, you know what that means. Ruth Bader Ginsburg no longer the hot chick on the court." --Jay Leno"History was made today when President Obama nominated Judge Sonia Sotomayor as the first female Hispanic justice to serve in the U.S. Supreme court. Obama said this should help keep the court from leaning too far to the white." --Jimmy Fallon

Default I have food allergies

We have different allergies through the family, Dan cant have wheat, Breanna cant have corn, and Avari cant have milk. Everyone has their own shelves in the kitchen with their own food bins, they can get their own foods. We do a lot of compromising.
